Keshi shuts out Martins, Iheanacho

Chief Coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi does not see anything good in Obafemi Martins though the player is in good form for his American Major League Soccer, MLS, club, Seattle Sounders FC. Nigerians have been calling on Keshi to look the way of Martins who had 39 caps and 18 goals for the country and give him a call up to the senior national team, but the Chief Coach, while speaking on Brila F.M. early today said that Martins has no place in his team for now. According to Keshi, “there are other good players who can fit in to the role Martins can play in the Eagles and I believe he had paid his due for this nation in the team. So, it is my belief that Martins should give other younger players chance to showcase their talent in the Eagles.” Stephen Keshi Keshi also reiterated his resolve not to bring Manchester City teenager, Kelechi Iheanacho to the Eagles for now, saying that the UAE 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup Golden Ball award winner is too young to wear the colours of th...

Manchester United forward Juan Mata has apologised for his team's Premier League meltdown against Leicester that left them 12th in the league after five matches. United looked set for a comfortable win after moving 3-1 ahead at the King Power stadium on Sunday, but some abject defending in the final half hour allowed Leicester to record their first home win over the Red Devils in 29 years, eventually running out 5-3 winners. "After a whole week waiting for the match I could not imagine a Sunday like this," Mata said. "The way back from Leicester to Manchester on the bus seemed really long. "I keep thinking about how we lost a game that was under control. "It's really tough to score three goals away and come back home with no points. "On our way back to Manchester I was thinking about what had happened and felt so disappointed as all those that came with us to the stadium. "Honestly, I feel very sorry that the weekend ended up for our fans in s...

Putin Threatens World War 3

Hmmm!! this is serious o! Vladimir Putin allegedly threatened World War 3 during talks about Ukraine, claiming that Russia could potentially invade and take over the capitals of many European countries within two days. In a related report by The Inquisitr, both Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton claim Putin wants to restore Russia to the glory of an empire that spreads across the globe, and even made comparison to Nazi Germany. Hillary does not believe Putin and Hitler can be directly compared, or claim that Putin starting World War 3, but she did make a comparison to how the Nazis used the German minorities in Poland and Czechoslovakia as an excuse to invade. Some say the situation prior to World War 2 is similar to today since “protecting” Russian speaking citizens of Ukraine are used as the justification for intervention in Ukraine. The rhetoric related to the Ukraine war has been stepping up to a dangerous level in recent weeks. First, Russia’s nuclear weapons were test fired as a ...
